Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days

Express Shipping

  • $15 AUD
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Free Standard Shipping

  • Complimentary Australia-wide standard shipping on all orders over $500 AUD.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and peak shipping periods.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using Australia Post International.

Standard International Shipping

  • $20 AUD
  • Estimated delivery: 6–15 business days

Express International Shipping

  • $40 AUD
  • Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Sōlaya Archive is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. While we will gladly assist in locating delayed parcels, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
