Returns & Refunds
At Sōlaya Archive, every vintage piece is carefully inspected, authenticated, and accurately described before being listed for sale. We take great care to provide detailed photographs and honest descriptions so you can shop with confidence.
Vintage & Pre-Owned Items
All items sold by Sōlaya Archive are vintage or pre-owned. As such, minor signs of age and wear are to be expected and contribute to the unique character of each piece. Any notable imperfections will always be clearly photographed and mentioned in the product description.
We encourage you to carefully review all photos and descriptions before placing your order.
Returns
As a general policy, all sales are final.
Returns and refunds will only be considered if the item you receive is significantly different from the photographs and written description provided in the listing.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect sizing or fit
- Minor signs of wear consistent with a vintage item
- Flaws or imperfections that were clearly shown in the photographs or described in the listing
- Colour variations due to individual screen settings or lighting
If you believe your item qualifies for a return because it is materially misrepresented, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact Us page or by emailing solayastudios@gmail.com.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every item sold by Sōlaya Archive is carefully authenticated before being listed. We stand behind the authenticity of every piece we sell.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item was significantly different from its description.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved because the item was significantly different from its description or photographs, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Us page or by emailing solayastudios@gmail.com, including photographs of the item and its packaging.
